I showed the overview of "Skill standard － Evaluation for skills of human resource required for standardization".
It is basically standard for a Japanese domestic use and has been published in the JSA web and will soon be published in the METI web as well.
With some modification, the Skill standard will be able to apply to an international use. I and Mr. Kurokawa are planning to develop an international version of the Skill standard. The first step for the discussion could be the ICES conference Today.
