JTC1/Japan approves the request for category C liaison between SC 34 and W3C and statement of expected benefits.

In order to make the liaison more effective, JTC1/Japan wishes to add the following item to the unordered list of "some specific areas of cooperation" in "2. Benefits of Category C Liaison":

Harmonization between ISO standards on Font Information Interchange and the W3C specifications on Web Fonts.
