4-1, Confirm the minutes of the last meeting, confirmed

4-2, German proposal for workshop
1)Mr.Ziebell proposed the workshop by SG4 in Frankfurt/DKE facility
2)There are some comments
 -NEMA has planned workshop in April to drive the market and very similar to this proposal.
  How about Data Center? Yes but not all.
 -Would like to ask NEMA to introduce this workshop in April NEMA workshop
  Possible and send the information
 -Hirose-san will send the information to South East Asian countries
 -Etienne made negative comments and Mr.Gettman aske him "You positive or nagetive?"
  He answered "Positive but Yes and No. Market driver are important". 
 -Minami made comments as TC100 secretariats
  There are a lot of advantages for not only CE manufactureres but also end-users. We are market drivers!
  SG3 will have the 2nd workshp in March but SG4 not yet. SG4 should promote much more.
  TC59 and TC100 have much intersts in LVDC and have established the group to deal with LVDC.
 -Ezaki-san made comments that "Market driver is beneficier. They are not negative".
 -Consider another applications such as storage fields 
3)Discussion for an invitations & announcement of workshop
 -All NCs
 -All TC&SC
 -Some regional organization such as Digital Europe, etc.
4)Finally, workshop hosted by SG4 hase been approved

 -Workshop hase been postponed the Spe.29-30th
 -Wim said to me that NEMA workshop has planned in April and SG4 Workshop in May was closer.
 -Mr.Ziebell agreed with the postponed day. Tison kept quite.
  Another guys also supported to postpone the workshop

4-3, Another presentations and discussions
1)Presentation of Data center by EPRI
 -EPRI presented about Data center and shows 380V as a voltage
  Also, introducing advanteges in using DC

2)DC distribution value
 -Philips survey is introduced by Tison.
  Hirose-san asked whether it conseder about batteies or not. Answer is NO.
  I made a comment that there are a lot of things to research and develop and it seems to be business chances.

3)"Scope and timeline" report approved by SMB
 -Rpeorted and confirmed

4)Liaison
 -Revised liaison list and assin the contact. I have been assigned to TC59 and TC100.
 -Add JTC1/SC25. As I opposed, SC25/WG3 is dealing with cabling and French NC storongly requested

5)TC64 report by Tison
 -Current status introduced

6)DC for battries
 -JWG/ISO-IEC information will be collected

7)Inrush current
 -Hirose-san/NTT-F reported their test result briefly

8)Time schedule
 -1st draft of the Roadmap will be in Tokyo
 -SG4 seems to want to continue as same as another SGs 

4-4, AOB
 -I asked Wim whether he would attend the SMB in 2-26 but he answered "No".
  In addition, today's meeting repoert will be input towards the June SMB meeting.
